The Villa Sleeps 4 guests, one bedroom has a queen bed the other bedroom has 2 single beds. All linen is supplied.

The Bathroom has a bath and a walk-in shower. There is also a separate Laundry. There is reverse cycle heating and cooling.

The Villa has easy access to the pool, Tennis court, Volley ball court, soccer net and Netball ring.

Enjoy the view from the property, take walks around the bush area admiring the beautiful mountains nearby, and in view of the Boronia Peaks trail. Wildlife is aplenty, kangaroos, emus, and the occasional deer. BBQ facilities are close by.
